Mike Takao began his real estate career in 2003 with Keller Williams Realty in Austin, Tx. Keller Williams Realty, based out of Austin, is the largest real estate franchise in the world. His fortunate success has made him one of the top agents in the NW office. He has served numerous years on the Agent Leadership Council, as well as volunteered with various ABOR (Austin Board of Realtors) committees, such as Professional Development and Education. In 2014, he received his broker’s license, but has stayed true to Keller Williams Realty due to the value they bring to his clients.
In 2018, Mike brought on two additional agents and began the Takao Home Team. Trey and Vinh were able to help with the continued growth of the Takao Home Team while also servicing their own clientele. Over the years, Mike has helped over 400 families buy or sell their home.

Vinh Truong or Vinny, as most people know him, has lived in Texas for over 15 years. It has been a long journey to Texas. Vinny was born in Vietnam and came to the United States at the age of 14. He attended George Mason University, after graduating from nearby high school, WT Woodson in Fairfax Virginia.
Vinny enlisted in the United States Air Force and served our country for six years. He then attended Texas State University and graduated in December 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.
He continued his public works as an Examiner for the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending. He examined state savings banks and mortgage brokers across our great state of Texas.
He is now fulfilling his childhood dream of owning a business as a real estate professional. He is also helping his clients achieve their dreams of investing and owning their own home, because there is no place like home!
Trey Baring was born and raised in the San Antonio area. In 2012 he graduated from Oklahoma Christian University with a degree in Business Management where he also played tennis for the Eagles. After graduating and living in Oklahoma for a couple years, Trey moved back to Texas and found a home in Georgetown and loves the Austin Area.
Trey has been a certified tennis instructor since 2012 and has taught tennis full time since graduating college. He earned his Real Estate License in June of 2018 and is working hard on making his way into the industry.
Trey and his wife, Rachel, had their first child born in October and are very excited to raise him in the Austin area!

Rachel Perez is originally from Lubbock TX. Austin has been her home for the past 21 years. Throughout her career-driven experiences, she has developed substantial conflict management and problem-solving skills that have led her to provide a high level of service and keen insight into the essentials of real estate.
Rachel has a heartfelt drive to serve others and to put her client’s best interests first. She is knowledgeable and dedicated to educating buyers and sellers on the real estate process. Her priority is to learn about her client’s real estate goals and work to achieve them. As a trusted REALTOR®, Rachel listens and responds to all her client’s needs and expectations.
When she is not working, Rachel enjoys spending quality time with her husband and 3 children, exploring the city and surrounding areas, hiking, kayaking, and listening to live music outdoors.

Laurie De Leon relocated to Austin in 2005 from South Texas and since then, she has been assisting real estate agents build their business. She understands the value of a strong support system and is committed to providing our clients a professional and enjoyable team experience. Laurie manages multiple areas of the business, including transaction management, finances, marketing and operations.
Laurie, her husband Roger, and 2 children live in Pflugerville’s Old Town Park area. They love their community as it offers small town charm and yet the diverse growth that the Greater Austin Area is currently experiencing. She and her family enjoy visiting area vineyards, antique shops and camping throughout the Texas Hill Country! She is an active member and leader of her children’s Scout Troop and school PTO.
