Vinh Truong, Realtor with the Takao Home Team – Keller Williams Realty, has been in Texas for over 20 years. It was a long journey here as Vinh was born in Vietnam and came to the United States at the age of 14. He attended George Mason University, after graduating from nearby high school, WT Woodson in Fairfax Virginia.
Vinh honorably served in the United States Air Force for six years, followed by attending Texas State University, and graduated in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He continued his public works as a Bank Examiner for the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending close to 10 years before beginning his real estate career.
Vinh has been fulfilling his goal and becoming a successful business owner as a real estate professional for many years now. He has helped his clients achieve their dream of homeownership and property investments, because there is no place like home! While working on real estate, he also teamed up with his better half to successfully re-launch a very popular restaurant, Sunflower Vietnamese Cuisine, an Austin establishment since the early 2000s.
